Found these pants at Target the other day {on sale} loved them right off the bat and they may or may not reminded me of a couple of my favorite movies { Bettlejuice & Adams Family} don't ask me why but I just had to have them. Also, our lives just became a little move crazier right when I was thinking it was impossible to be any more busy. We are on the hunt for a house. Its fun and excited but also very scary at the same time. I think I am most excited about getting my hands on a huge project to decorate.

Anyways, I hope you guys are getting ready for the holidays I still have a list longer then ever to complete which only gives me less then two weeks! Yikes!

Nothing says shabby chic/vintage more then lace. There so many ways to wear lace, this week I decided to try something different and layered it. I actually loved it and am not sure why I haven't tried it before.

It's Back......

 The snow decided to makes it's way back just in time to greet us when we got home from Sunny California. We decided to take a quick trip to Disneyland, because those that have been there at Christmas time know there is no better time to go. I love Disneyland at Christmas perfect way to start the holiday. I wasn't too sad to see the snow here being that Christmas is in a couple week and Christmas is always better when this lovely fluffy stuff is around.... now ask me if I like it here after Christmas? 

No way!

 Anyways, I hope you guys all had a amazing weekend and that your getting ready for the holidays. I have so much to do I am just a little stressed, however at the same time am looking forward to all the fun things coming up.

Does anyone have a sweater hanging in their closet that you try on now and then but end up taking off because you can't get yourself to like it. I have a couple of these, some I don't like the length, others they just are too plain that  I feel like they are just "blah". Well my challenge is to pull them out and try to layer then. Whether it is a light blouse, a turtle neck, or a sweater over the top give it a try and see if you change you mind about it. It may just become one of your go to pieces!

My husband and I planned a trip to St. George, Utah for a little weekend getaway for his birthday. I decided to surprise him and invite some of our good friends which he was thrilled about. We had the whole weekend planned which didn't end up happening since Husband was sick.... really sick. So it turned into a very needed relaxing weekend. Not to mention look how beautiful this place is and the weather is amazing this time of year! I was able to go outside without a coat and not freeze my buns off. I lived in St. George my first year of college and love coming back, it has such fond memories and feels like home. 

 

I hope everyone else had an amazing weekend, I can't believe it is already December. I am already looking forward to all the fun holiday festivities and traditions we have planned. Lets just hope husband gets feeling better.
